The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 20,          
1993, calendar (page 1369), was read the third time:

"An Act relating to the time for filing certain civil actions; and            
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
Representative Finkelstein moved and asked unanimous consent that              
HB 160 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of               
considering Title Amendment No. 1.
